Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall creative vision and content strategy, aligning with Cartlow s business and marketing objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, motion graphic artists, videographers, and copywriters.

Actively contribute to the hands-on creation of visual assets, including motion graphics, video edits, animations, and digital ad creatives.

Oversee the end-to-end production of all creative materials, digital, social media, video, CRM, and retail marketing to ensure cohesive and high-impact brand storytelling.

Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, and product teams to align creative direction with data-driven insights and campaign goals.

Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest quality standards, consistency, and deadlines.

Stay on top of design trends, motion graphic techniques, and creative technologies to continuously innovate and enhance brand presence.

Manage creative project budgets, timelines, and external agency relationships.

Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to senior leadership and stakeholders with strong rationale and visual storytelling.

Desired Candidate Profile

4 6 years of experience in creative leadership or senior design roles, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing agencies.

Proven experience and strong portfolio showcasing hands-on work in motion graphics, animation, and digital content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant creative tools.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce creative best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Strategic thinker with a keen eye for design detail, storytelling, and brand consistency.
