Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to support Decima s brand visibility, business development priorities, and market positioning through hands-on design, content support, and digital marketing execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality branded materials while also supporting Decima s digital marketing activities, campaign execution, and event-related communications.

The role requires a candidate who can directly create marketing assets, presentations, and branded collateral, while also contributing to content creation, LinkedIn and Google PPC execution, and the promotion of Decima s thought leadership and market engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  1. Graphic Design & Creative Production
    • Produce high-quality visual and branded materials for Decima s marketing and business development activities
    • Create:
      • presentations
      • social media creatives
      • marketing collateral
      • proposal-support assets
      • event visuals
      • branded company documents
    • Ensure all outputs are professional, corporate, and suitable for client-facing use
    • Work directly on design execution without relying heavily on external support
  2. Content Support & Thought Leadership Execution
    • Support the creation of high-quality written marketing content
    • Prepare visual and written materials for:
      • social media posts
      • articles
      • campaign materials
      • event announcements
      • follow-up communications
    • Convert Decima s BD and leadership direction into polished market-facing output
  3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Execution
    • Support and execute Decima s social media activities across the priority platforms
    • Manage and execute targeted digital campaigns, including:

    • Support Decima s LinkedIn growth and digital visibility through practical execution
    • Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
  4. Strategic Campaign Support
    • Translate business priorities into practical campaign assets and communication materials
    • Support development of content calendars, campaign materials, and engagement plans
    • Ensure design and marketing output aligns closely with Decima s BD goals
  5. Event & Market Engagement Support
    • Support the promotion of industry events, speaking opportunities, and client engagements
    • Produce event-related communications and visuals before and after events
    • Support Decima s market visibility through professional promotional materials
    • This role supports event communication and promotion, not physical event management

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates will only be considered if they demonstrate hands-on capability in all of the below:

  • Strong graphic design capability
  • Strong Adobe InDesign skills
  • Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
  • Strong PowerPoint / presentation design skills
  • Ability to produce professional branded collateral
  • Strong content support / writing coordination capability
  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Ability to support social media and digital campaign execution
  • Strong English written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and produce output quickly with minimal supervision
