Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content.
Handle video shooting for client projects including restaurants, luxury brands, gyms, and retail businesses.
Edit engaging 20–60 second reels with smooth transitions, sound effects, captions, and trending styles.
Create scroll-stopping video content optimized for social media platforms.
Ensure high production quality in lighting, framing, and sound during shoots.
Work with the creative team to develop viral content ideas and hooks.
Color grade, add motion graphics, and maintain brand consistency in videos.
Manage video files, organize footage, and deliver projects on time.
Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels formats, and editing styles.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in shooting and editing social media reels.
Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, and composition.
Ability to create creative, fast-paced, high-engagement content.
Experience working with brands, restaurants, lifestyle, or luxury products is a plus.
Must have a portfolio of previous reels or short-form video work.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Based in Dubai or willing to work on location shoots.
