Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the design and production of visual and audio materials and media for advertising broadcasts and web communications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversees and directs the creation of art, photography, video, and layout design, maintaining high creative standards.
- Establishes, implements, and continually improves design and format standards and processes to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Evaluates, selects, and manages relationships with outside or contract vendors; approves and coordinates projects to meet organizational objectives.
- Reports regularly to top management, providing updates on project status, creative direction, and resource allocation.
- Manages and mentors subordinate staff, guiding their daily activities to optimize team performance and professional growth.
- Ensures that all project and departmental milestones and goals are achieved within approved budgets and timelines.
- Holds full authority over personnel actions, including recruitment, performance management, and development, leveraging extensive knowledge of department processes to drive operational excellence.
