Roles & Responsibilities
Operate daily social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Execute content plans for promotions, offers, and product launches
Support social commerce & live selling activitie
Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement
Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams
Track performance and prepare basic reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in social media operations or retail/e-commerce
Strong understanding of social platforms and trend
Sales-oriented mindset
Good communication and organizational skill
Experience with TikTok / Instagram is a plus
