Your daily grind looks like this:

• Build targeted lists of content creators who fit our product.
• Send 100+ outreach messages per day (yes, you read that right).
• Follow up relentlessly with prospects who don't respond.
• Book calls with our head of marketing and partnerships.

• Someone who can work AUTONOMOUSLY and make decisions without hand-holding
• A person who's not scared to get their hands dirty and figure out systems/tools to automate outreach
• Someone who can take OWNERSHIP - you might start as Creative Partnerships Lead but could become Head of Partnerships
• A hustler who understands this is a STARTUP, not a 9-5 job
