Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all transactions related to microfinance intermediaries whether new credit approvals or settlements with accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with all credit approval conditions within the defined timeframes.
  • Verify that credit risk insurance policies accurately match the data included in the credit approval.
  • Monitor the renewal of credit risk insurance policies for intermediaries, ensuring full coverage for the entire financing period and full compliance with approval conditions; record all approval data on the system.
  • Issue payment requests to the Finance Department for processing approved credit disbursements to microfinance intermediaries.
  • Respond to all audit comments related to the execution of financing disbursements until the completion of implementation.
  • Participate in the preparation of periodic reports within the defined timelines.
  • Contribute to preparing provisions for intermediary obligations on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of debt records executed by the Head Office.
  • Propose innovative and non-traditional solutions to complete tasks efficiently and with high quality, while ensuring full adherence to all credit policy terms and controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field preferably Commerce, Information Systems, or Law.
  • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in credit control.
