Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive credit analysis for mortgage applications, assessing applicants financial backgrounds and creditworthiness.

  • Evaluate and interpret financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documentation to determine risk levels.
  • Prepare detailed credit assessment reports and present recommendations to the credit committee.
  • Collaborate with underwriting team to streamline the credit approval process.
  • Analyze market trends and economic data to inform credit risk strategies and lending policies.
  • Ensure all credit files are accurately maintained and updated in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of credit scoring models and risk assessment tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the credit analysis process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in credit analysis, within the mortgage or Financial Institution sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and credit reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
