Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Perform customer accounts reconciliation as the primary responsibility, ensuring alignment between internal AR records and customer statements
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer Statements of Account (SOA) to support collection activities, prepare balance confirmation letters and coordinate confirmations with customers
- Investigate open AR items, discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied cash
- Extract, upload, and analyze AR data from SAP with the highest level of accuracy
- Provide clear and complete supporting documents and explanations to internal teams and customers
- Support the collections team by responding to inquiries related to invoices, payments, and balances
- Ensure reconciliation files are validated, well structured, and ready for customer sharing
Desired Candidate Profile
2 years of experience in cash operations or accounts receivable processes
- Strong working knowledge of customer collection processes
- Excellent Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation handling
- Demonstrated problem solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose appropriate solutions
- Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Arabic speaker and good command on English language
