Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts to maintain cash flow.
- Conduct thorough credit checks on potential clients to assess creditworthiness and minimize financial risk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support and resolving any payment issues.
- Prepare and send out detailed statements of account to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles.
Minimum of 3 years experience in credit control or accounts receivable, demonstrating proven expertise in the field.
Certifications such as AAT or ACCA are highly desirable, showcasing commitment to professional development.
Experience in industries such as manufacturing or retail, where credit management practices are crucial.
Proficiency in SAP
