Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Perform detailed credit assessments on new and existing customers to evaluate their creditworthiness and mitigate financial risk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate open communication regarding payment terms and outstanding invoices.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing, payment issues, and customer queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; additional certifications in credit management are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven experience handling high-value accounts and complex financial transactions with a strong understanding of credit risk.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to credit management practices.
