Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment frameworks
-
Lead credit analysis and establish credit limits for customers
-
Oversee accounts receivable portfolio and collections processes
-
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams on credit-related matters
-
Generate and analyze credit performance reports and KPIs
-
Resolve complex customer credit issues and disputes
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
-
7+ years of credit management experience
-
Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Advanced financial analysis and risk assessment

Expert knowledge of credit management systems

Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
