Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Send a detailed open invoice report to each sales representative daily.
- Send a detailed aging report to each sales representative daily.
- Small sales orders are being passed in case of exception.
- Gives his comments on customers who are constantly late in payment to take appropriate action with them.
- Periodic authentication of customers.
- Reviewing customer accounts in the event of problems.
- Inquiring about new customers in case of coding a new customer.
- Updating customer tax papers if needed.
- Updating customer data on the system.
- Coding new customers.
- Education preferred: BSc. of Finance or Accounting
- Min Years of experience: 1 Years of experience in AR / Credit
- Training / Certificate preferred: Advanced Excel holder (preferable)
- Excellent Communication Skills
