Roles & Responsibilities
As a CCRT Specialist Nurse, you will deliver advanced renal support therapy for critically ill patients in ICU settings, managing:
- CRRT modalities: CVVH, CVVHD, CVVHDF
- Anticoagulation protocols (heparin/citrate)
- Fluid balance and electrolyte monitoring
- Emergency troubleshooting and multidisciplinary collaboration
