Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with mobile application registration, login, and navigation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Process service requests and complaints submitted through the app.
- Maintain an accurate resident database and update user information.
- Monitor app feedback and report recurring technical issues to the IT team.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (security, maintenance, community management) for request fulfillment.
- Generate reports on app usage, common issues, and service request trends.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with mobile applications and software platforms
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems or database management (preferred)
- Problem-solving abilities and patience when assisting non-technical users
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
