Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with mobile application registration, login, and navigation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance.
  • Process service requests and complaints submitted through the app.
  • Maintain an accurate resident database and update user information.
  • Monitor app feedback and report recurring technical issues to the IT team.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (security, maintenance, community management) for request fulfillment.
  • Generate reports on app usage, common issues, and service request trends.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort with mobile applications and software platforms
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems or database management (preferred)
  • Problem-solving abilities and patience when assisting non-technical users
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
