Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and service-related questions.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling automotive products and services.
Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and CRM best practices.
Generate reports on customer interactions and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or CRM roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
