Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Platform Administration
- Manage and configure business platforms such as CRM, HR, and marketing automation systems.
- Create and customize modules, fields, forms, and workflows.
- Maintain user access, permissions, and data integrity across all platforms.
2. Automation & Workflow Design
- Build and maintain automation workflows to streamline lead management, onboarding, email campaigns, and internal approvals.
- Implement logic-based triggers for customer communication and task assignments.
- Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
3. Integrations & Connectivity
- Connect internal systems with external tools such as Facebook Pages, WhatsApp Business, website forms, and email platforms.
- Use APIs, connectors, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native integrations) to ensure data synchronization.
- Work with web developers to embed and link online forms to CRM or marketing systems.
4. Communication Automation
- Set up and manage automated email, SMS, and messaging sequences for user engagement.
- Create templates, nurture campaigns, and auto-responses for leads and customers.
- Integrate and manage chatbot or messaging automation tools.
5. Reporting & Insights
- Create reports and dashboards to track sales, marketing, and operational performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend automation improvements.
- Ensure accurate, real-time information flow across all integrated systems.
6. HR & Internal Operations (if applicable)
- Support HR functions through automation of onboarding, attendance, performance reviews, and internal workflows.
- Maintain employee data and streamline HR processes through the chosen platform.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM & Automation Executive to manage, optimize, and integrate our business software platforms. This person will be responsible for configuring CRM and workflow systems, setting up automation for user communications, integrating external tools (social media, messaging apps, website forms), and ensuring smooth data flow between systems used across departments such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2 5 years experience managing CRM, marketing automation, or workflow management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Monday.com, Airtable, Pipedrive, Freshworks, etc.).
Strong understanding of business process automation, data integration, and workflow optimization.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or native system integrations.
Familiarity with Facebook, WhatsApp Business API, email marketing, and web form integrations.
Basic technical knowledge (APIs, webhooks, data mapping).
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams.
