Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in BA role.
  • Analyze submitted requirements and identify key business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT-PM and business teams to define scope and understand current vs. proposed processes.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed information for change requests.
  • Suggest process improvements and propose To-Be workflows or wireframes.
  • Prepare BRD/DOU/User Stories and coordinate reviews and approvals with IT and business teams.
  • Update documents as per feedback and approvals.
  • Support PM during SIT/SAT and assist business users during UAT.
  • Perform impact assessments for proposed changes when required.
  • Support teammates on other projects as needed.
  • Maintain and update daily task status.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer/IT related fields.
  • Should have prior experience in the IT domain
