Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer records accurately within the CRM system.
- Track and monitor client interactions, follow-ups, and communication history.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients.
- Support the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance.
- Maintain data quality and ensure CRM records are complete and up to date.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support business decisions.
- Assist in setting up and improving CRM workflows, automations, and processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when needed.
- Support email campaigns, reminders, and customer engagement initiatives through CRM tools.
- Develop and optimize CRM usage across the organization.
- Propose and implement new automations and workflow improvements.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret CRM data and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure the CRM system effectively supports business goals and operational needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Support, CRM Management, or Client Services.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to analyze customer data and prepare basic reports.
- Experience with email marketing tools
- Ability to improve CRM processes and suggest efficiencies.
- Experience in B2B client communication.
