Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer records accurately within the CRM system.
  • Track and monitor client interactions, follow-ups, and communication history.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients.
  • Support the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance.
  • Maintain data quality and ensure CRM records are complete and up to date.
  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support business decisions.
  • Assist in setting up and improving CRM workflows, automations, and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Support email campaigns, reminders, and customer engagement initiatives through CRM tools.
  • Develop and optimize CRM usage across the organization.
  • Propose and implement new automations and workflow improvements.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret CRM data and reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure the CRM system effectively supports business goals and operational needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years experience in Customer Support, CRM Management, or Client Services.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and prepare basic reports.
  • Experience with email marketing tools
  • Ability to improve CRM processes and suggest efficiencies.
  • Experience in B2B client communication.
