Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role sits within the Recruitment function, as part of the Employer Branding, Talent Attraction and Partnerships team. It plays a key role in operationalising our shift toward a proactive, pipeline-based talent attraction model. You will design and deliver targeted CRM engagement strategies, building talent communities and nurturing candidate relationships across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with Recruitment, Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand and HR Technology teams, you will ensure the right candidates are engaged, at the right time, with the right message. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign design and execution, optimisation and performance, with a clear impact on pipeline quality, recruiter productivity and candidate experience.

In this role you will:
- Design and deliver CRM engagement journeys: Build and operationalise persona-based nurture journeys, outreach sequences and engagement flows aligned with hiring priorities and candidate experience frameworks.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines: Create, segment and manage targeted talent pools, including re-engagement of silver medallists and priority talent segments, ensuring strong pipeline readiness.
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns: Deliver targeted, employer brand-aligned messaging across talent communities to drive meaningful engagement.
- Optimise performance through data: Apply A/B testing, funnel optimisation and behavioural analytics to continuously improve engagement quality, response rates and conversion into recruiter pipelines.
- Track and report campaign impact: Monitor key metrics including open rates, response rates, time-to-engage and pipeline conversion, using insights to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Own CRM campaign standards and best practices: Act as a subject matter expert for CRM engagement, defining campaign design standards and guiding best practice across teams.
- Collaborate across the ecosystem: Partner with Recruitment, Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand and HR Technology teams to ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with hiring priorities, brand standards and platform capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor / Master s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, HR or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in digital marketing or talent engagement within a large, complex organisation.
- Experience designing and executing segmented CRM campaigns
- Strong track record in managing multi-touch nurture journeys
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics and conversion optimisation
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Avature, Salesforce, HubSpot)
You'll have an edge if you have:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding
- Experience working with corporate communications or brand teams
- Strong copywriting and engagement messaging capability
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Effective stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
