Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop communication and operational tool to handle residents inquiries and complaints.
- Overlook the service level provided by the facility management staff (housekeeping, maintenance, landscape, contractors, security)
- Plan and deploy the services and amenities to be made available to residents.
- Control the commercial area operations.
- Source and contract operators of F&B in the commercial area.
- Arrange activities and events to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Communicate to management about any recurring problems and suggest solutions.
- Manage the units listed for property management (lease, cleaning, and maintenance).
- Cooperate with different brokerage companies to ensure high occupancy levels in managed units.
- Assure the payment and leasing process are properly concluded.
- Assess the possibility of adopting technology in the cycle.
- Bachelor s Degree from any reputable university
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience preferably in a similar field
- Presentable
- Disciplined
- Perfect communication, and Leadership skills
- Perfect creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree from any reputable university
Minimum 8-12 years of experience preferably in a similar field
Presentable
Disciplined
Perfect communication, and Leadership skills
Perfect creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of English.
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
