Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop communication and operational tool to handle residents inquiries and complaints.

  • Overlook the service level provided by the facility management staff (housekeeping, maintenance, landscape, contractors, security)
  • Plan and deploy the services and amenities to be made available to residents.
  • Control the commercial area operations.
  • Source and contract operators of F&B in the commercial area.
  • Arrange activities and events to foster a sense of community among residents.
  • Communicate to management about any recurring problems and suggest solutions.
  • Manage the units listed for property management (lease, cleaning, and maintenance).
  • Cooperate with different brokerage companies to ensure high occupancy levels in managed units.
  • Assure the payment and leasing process are properly concluded.
  • Assess the possibility of adopting technology in the cycle.
  • Bachelor s Degree from any reputable university
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience preferably in a similar field

  • Perfect communication, and Leadership skills
  • Perfect creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
