The CRM & Digital Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and implementing effective digital marketing strategies. This position involves creating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at engaging existing customers and attracting new ones through various digital channels. As a CRM & Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer communications. This role demands creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to create impactful customer experiences. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, utilizing data analytics to inform strategic decisions, and engaging with target audiences through personalized marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CRM strategies to maintain and enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for seamless customer interactions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM and digital marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage content for email marketing and social media platforms.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints and platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management and digital marketing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and customer data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
