Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide expert-level technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve system errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and implement system enhancements and customizations based on business requirements.
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of CRM modules, workflows, and plugins to optimize business processes.
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides for internal and client use.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Support data migration, integration, and synchronization activities between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and testing to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Deliver training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to maximize adoption and effective utilization of CRM features.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues within Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, workflows, and best practices.
- Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support and after-hours maintenance as needed.
