Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their preferences and needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service experience.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns, resolving conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per retail schedule
