Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Golden Light's in-house CRM software (data entry and customer record management)
  • Send and process booking forms and SPAs
  • Update customer details, payment milestones, and unit statuses in the CRM
  • Collect, verify, and file customer KYC and property documents
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships from booking to handover
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and handover teams

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or similar; in-house CRM experience welcome)
  • Background in real estate, banking, or financial services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and document-handling discipline
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential customer data
  • UAE residency / valid visa preferred
