Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement CRM strategies tailored to support logistics and supply chain operations.

  • Oversee the integration of CRM systems with logistics platforms to ensure seamless data flow and customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and optimize logistics processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align customer service initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key CRM and logistics performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for customer relationship management and logistics coordination.
  • Manage customer feedback loops, ensuring timely resolution of logistics-related issues and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors to maintain and enhance CRM software functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all CRM and logistics activities.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of logistics workflows, inventory management, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and logistics management tools.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
