Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We re seeking a results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to own our regional lifecycle strategy and drive measurable impact across activation, retention and lifetime value. You ll lead the end to end CRM and marketing campaigns, build scalable communication processes, and partner closely with data, analytics, design, co-marketing and copywriting teams to deliver personalized, high performing customer experience.
- Define the CRM strategy and roadmap aligned to company goals.
- Work on and be responsible for OKRs tied to activation, retention, LTV, and revenue.
- Build the regional communication strategy: audience and segmentation, contact rules, comms calendar, CRM assets and localization.
- Build automated, event-triggered journeys and dynamic personalization using various data sources and tools.
- Optimize multi-channel communications through email, push, sms, in app from onboarding and activation to win-back.
- Run experiments and measure results: A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality and attribution.
- Ensure CRM data quality and integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in CRM, with atleast a year of experience in fintech, retail, finance.
Proven track record turning CRM into business results.
Hands-on expertise with modern CRM and martech tools (Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce, Moengage, etc).
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with experimentation and reporting.
Advanced SQL, Python, vibe coding and analytical skills are strong advantages.
Fluency in spoken and written English, speaking and written Arabic is a strong advantage.
