Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Channel Operations & Strategy: Spearhead the refined operation of outreach channels (Push, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, etc.). Design and execute CRM strategies to optimize reach efficiency and maximize channel contribution to business growth (DAU/GMV).
2. Experimentation & Optimization: Set up A/B tests on content, frequency, and channel mix to boost CTR and CVR. Perform deep dives into key growth metrics to generate actionable insights and continuously iterate strategies.
3. Product Collaboration: Partner closely with Product teams to refine user scenarios and optimize notification presentation (UI/UX), driving the continuous enhancement of CRM tools and underlying product capabilities.
4. Budget Management: Manage CRM budget planning and allocation for the User Growth team. Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure compliant and efficient resource utilization.
5. Market Intelligence: Act as the local market Expert within the User Growth team. Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to provide the team with forward-looking market insights and strategic recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 3 years of CRM operations and user operations experience in the Saudi market. Bachelor's degree or higher in data analysis, marketing, business analytics, or related fields preferred.
2. Native Arabic speaker with English as a working language.
3. Excellent cross-functional communication skills and team collaboration spirit. Demonstrates strong ownership mindset and proactively seeks solutions in complex environments.
4. Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with exceptional stress tolerance. Willing to embrace challenges and accountable for delivery quality.
5. Proficient in data analysis with hands-on experience using analytical tools.
