Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

3 6 years supporting Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions in production.

Strong understanding of:

  • Canvas Apps: delegation, performance, controls, Patch/Collect/With, offline strategies.
  • Model-Driven Apps: forms, views, business rules, command bar, JS events, PCF basics.
  • Dataverse: tables, relationships, alternate keys, plugins, web hooks, column types.
  • Power Automate: triggers, concurrency, retries, error handling, expressions, approvals.
  • Plugins/Custom APIs: C#, .NET, Dataverse SDK, execution contexts, service protection limits.
  • Web Resources: HTML/CSS/JS, form scripting, Xrm APIs, FetchXML.

Familiarity with ALM using Solutions, Environment Variables, Connection References.

Hands-on with Azure DevOps/Git for version control & pipelines.

Strong troubleshooting skills using Power Platform Admin Center, Plugin Trace Logs, Flow Run History, Monitor (Canvas), Chrome DevTools, Fiddler/Postman.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Registrations.
  • Knowledge of PCF development, TypeScript.
  • Exposure to Power BI embedding and Teams integration.
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
