Roles & Responsibilities
We have an urgent requirement for CRM Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics - Insurance Domain exp for our client in Abu Dhabi
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: project management experience with leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations in the insurance sector in UAE
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise – hands-on implementation experience is MUST
Strong experience in MS Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Insurance-specific add-ons is MUST
Strong experience in end-to-end CRM implementation in the insurance domain is MUST
Strong experience in managing complex projects using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
banking or insurance sector domain is Mandatory
any Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2/CSM) is highly preferred.
We are seeking a highly experienced CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver CRM initiatives in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a proven track record of managing CRM projects from inception to successful delivery. This role demands both project management expertise and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Any recognized project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver successful projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Support the Program Manager in project design, planning, and execution.
Manage, monitor, and track projects to ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets are on track (OTOBOS).
Maintain risk and issue logs; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Prepare and maintain project dashboards and documentation; act as custodian for all project artifacts.
Define and clarify roles and responsibilities for project team members to ensure alignment and accountability.
Scrum-Specific Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily standups and scrum ceremonies as needed.
Assist in iteration/sprint planning, including task estimation and subtask creation; prevent scope creep.
Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback.
Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
Administer the scrum board; ensure all tasks are updated and tools function optimally.
Conduct 1:1 meetings and team discussions to resolve task/process conflicts.
Provide internal consulting on best practices for working with the scrum team.
Report on progress, output cadence, and project metrics.
Remove blockers and streamline processes to maintain team efficiency.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Excellent oral and written English communication.
Ability to understand, manage, and exceed stakeholder expectations.
Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
Strong problem-solving, pragmatic decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Collaborative mindset with both team members and stakeholders.
Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in core project management.
3–5 years in a technical leadership role focused on CRM.
4–5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE.
Technical Expertise:
Strong subject matter expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules.
Must have successfully delivered at least one CRM implementation in the insurance sector.
