To support our growth, we are looking for a CRM Specialist.


 


Job responsibilities:


Contribute to the implementation, configuration and functional administration of the CRM in coordination with the IT department and the supplier.

Write functional specifications and manage user testing phases, updates and releases.

Ensure the functional maintenance and continuous improvement of the CRM solution.

Managing CRM Master Data: users, products, campaigns, resources, territories.

Configure roles, access rights and workload plans according to the defined sectorization.

Implement consistency and quality controls for information to ensure reliable reporting.

Produce and maintain up-to-date CRM reports, dashboards and performance indicators.

Track marketing campaigns in the CRM and analyze the results (visits, coverage rate, call rate, etc.).

Provide first-level (T1) support to users and coordinate second-level support with the supplier.

Train, support and engage the CRM user community: workshops, training sessions, tutorials, e-learning.

Measure and track CRM adoption rates, gather field feedback and propose improvement actions.

Collaborating with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Distribution) to adapt the tool to operational needs and business developments.

Establish and disseminate CRM processes.

Contribute to the CRM roadmap (functional evolution, integration of new modules).

Promote a CRM culture focused on performance and continuous improvement.

Desired profile

Basic/supplementary training:  Bac +4/5 degree in Computer Science, BI or Sciences.

Professional experience:  Minimum 3 to 5 years in a sales-oriented role with a Data/CRM focus, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector /  CRM Management certification or training  preferred.
