Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer 360)
Design, implement, and govern integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Dynamics Web APIs, and middleware ESB
Oversee data migration activities, performance tuning, and security role configurations
Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct code reviews
Collaborate closely with functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Ensure delivery governance, testing strategy, and release management processes
Support production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
12–15 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in D365 CRM
5+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proven experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Dynamics Web APIs
Hands-on leadership experience in large CRM implementations
Strong expertise in system integrations and performance optimization
Microsoft certifications preferred
Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
