Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and instruct CrossFit classes, ensuring proper form and technique for all exercises, adapting workouts to different fitness levels.
  • Develop and implement daily workout programming aligned with CrossFit methodology, focusing on varied movements and intensity.
  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes, offering modifications and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.
  • Assess athletes' fitness levels and identify areas for improvement, creating individualized training plans when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is a plus.
  • Holds a CrossFit Level 1 Certification or higher; additional certifications (e.g., USAW, CF-Weightlifting) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience coaching CrossFit classes, with a proven track record of athlete development.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of CrossFit movements, programming, and coaching methodologies.
