Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring Crushing & Fine Particles Operators for a new polymer production plant in Oman. The role involves crushing, screening, weighing, and packaging polymer products, monitoring fine powder levels, coordinating with the drying team, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.


• Weigh, package & nitrogen-treat finished products
• Inspect particle size & fine powder levels every 30 minutes
• Monitor crushing performance & material moisture
• Coordinate with Drying Operators for process adjustments
• Maintain clean packaging areas & prevent material loss
• Adjust fine powder levels to optimize product yield
• Ensure no foreign debris enters finished products
• Keep accurate operational records & complete shift handover

Desired Candidate Profile

• Eexperience in crushing, powder-handling, chemical, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, or similar process operations
• High School diploma or above
• Training in safety management, workshop management & 6S
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to SOPs
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Attention to detail and disciplined work approach
• Experience in controlled environments (dust/powder/chemical areas) is an advantage
• Commissioning experience is beneficial but not mandatory
