Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Providing Direct Manager with required periodical reports.
- Providing information by answering questions and requests needed by the department Managers and project managers.
- Assisting the department Managers and project managers on operational and administrative tasks when needed.
- Maintaining continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to Direct Manager.
- Assisting the Direct Manager in researching, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
- Assisting the Direct Manager in the evaluation and appraisal processes.
- Ensuring a smooth and timely information flow between all parties involved.br>Interdepartmental:
- Facilitating the communication process between other departments and the direct Manager.br>General:
- Achieving operational excellence and cost optimization within the department.
- Providing performance and status reporting to the Direct Manager to enable informed decision making and responsiveness.
- Undertaking other related duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Requirements and Experience:
- A bachelor s degree.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
Languages:
- Arabic: Very good command spoken and written
- English: perfectly spoken and written
