CSR Inbound 1
Are you motivated by customer relations and looking to work in a dynamic and people-oriented company? Foundever is recruiting Advisors for its Casanearshore site.
Your mission: to provide comprehensive and high-quality support to customers while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
As an Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and managing incoming customer calls,
- Listening, diagnosing needs, and providing accurate and tailored solutions,
- Proposing additional sales in response to requests,
- Applying established processes and mastering internal tools,
- Communicating any information useful for improving service quality,
- Achieving and exceeding set qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for motivated and attentive candidates with:
- A Baccalaureate level of education or higher,
- An excellent level of French, both spoken and written,
- A strong sense of customer service and a commercial flair,
- Good computer skills,
- Diligence, punctuality and a sense of commitment.
