Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of collected information
Follow-up on cases on a daily basis and contact customers via email as well as update the CRM database accordingly
Manage data and enter record information as needed
Schedule and plan appointments
Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues built on transparency

- Proficiency in MS Office

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Computing, Marketing, Human Resources, IT
2+ years experience in a relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
