Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strat gie, coordination & animation r gionale
- develop the regional CSR roadmap in line with corporate priorities and local business challenges
- Coordinate its deployment with the countries of the region
- Supporting country CSR managers in structuring and implementing their initiatives
- Prepare, facilitate and monitor regional CSR committees and their coordination with the Group
- Prepare and deliver a quarterly presentation of the roadmap and achievements to the regional management committee and corporate teams
2. Structuring projects & regulatory compliance
- To actively monitor regulations and anticipate their impacts (e.g., CSRD)
- Manage compliance projects with the support of internal and external experts
- Manage regional certifications and labels (EcoVadis, ISO)
- Launch and monitor cross-functional projects related to the Group's CSR pillars
- To meet the expectations of customers and prospects regarding ESG certifications and commitments
3. Reporting & communication
- Oversee the collection, verification and consolidation of multi-country ESG data
- Contribute to the production of the annual CSR Report
- Deliver a quarterly presentation to a C-level audience to share the progress of the regional CSR roadmap.
- to develop, in conjunction with the Marketing & Communication teams, the plan for promoting CSR commitments (thematic campaigns, digital communications)
- Manage alerts from the ethical platform and ensure associated reporting
4. Administrative & budgetary management
- work and pilot the regional CSR budget
- Ensure contractual compliance with labels, certifications and partners
- Ensuring the reliability of processes and document tracking
Desired Candidate Profile
- Higher education (Bac+5) (business school, university, engineering)
- Minimum 10 years' experience, including significant experience in CSR management or sustainable transformation
- Experience in a multi-entity or international environment
- Solid understanding of ESG regulatory issues (CSRD, extra-financial reporting)
- Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional coordination
- Strategic vision and business acumen
- Influential leadership and the ability to unite without direct hierarchical link
- Analytical rigor and a performance-driven culture
- Excellent communication skills and executive posture
- Political acumen and arbitration skills
- My mastery of English
