Candidate Profile
The role requires 5 7 years of professional experience, including 2 3 years in a similar CSSD position. Prior experience as a CSSD Supervisor is advantageous. Candidates must hold a Bachelor s Degree in Nursing, with professional certification in sterilization preferred. All applicable licensing requirements must be met.
