Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a CTD Driller, you will be responsible for executing coiled tubing drilling operations, with a strong focus on underbalanced drilling techniques. You will play a key role in delivering safe and efficient drilling performance across complex well programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute coiled tubing drilling (CTD) operations including drill-outs and sidetracks

  • Perform underbalanced drilling using nitrogen-assisted systems

  • Support re-entry drilling operations (2 3/4" CTD)

  • Ensure safe and efficient execution of wellsite activities

  • Work closely with supervisors and wellsite teams to deliver operational targets

  • Maintain compliance with industry safety and operational standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a CTD Driller

  • Extensive underbalanced drilling (UBD) experience

  • Strong background in coiled tubing drilling operations

  • Experience with nitrogen-assisted drilling systems

  • Ability to perform in demanding onshore operational environments







  • Experience in re-entry drilling operations

  • Exposure to sidetrack and preset well programmes

  • Previous experience on long-term onshore drilling campaigns
