Unified Communications (CUCM & Teams) Engineer:
Role Description: The Unified Communications Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization's unified communications systems, including Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams integration. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage CUCM and CUBE. Implement and manage Microsoft Teams Direct Routing. Troubleshoot voice and video connectivity issues. Ensure QoS for voice and video traffic. Manage SIP Trunking.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in unified communications engineering.
