Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Culinary Application Officer to join our team in Zekrit - Maten and provide expert support in the development, implementation, and optimization of culinary solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Connect, visit, and regularly call clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer proper application
  • Follow the weekly routing plan and set priorities in alignment with management.
  • Organize customer visits, on-site demos, and coordinate required materials.
  • Assist in organizing food shows and ensuring all materials are prepared.
  • Conduct focused training for customer teams on culinary solution preparation, cost yield, and continuous supply.
  • Provide technical support and timely customer service (as per procedures).
  • Ability to travel as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field. Certification in food safety is a plus.

Experience: 2-5 years in a culinary or food science role with a focus on culinary applications, recipe development, and product management.

Languages: English, French, and Arabic (read, speak, write).

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
  • Strong communication, training, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in food safety and quality assurance.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
