Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and manage curricula across STEAM subjects (coding, AI, robotics, media arts), life skills, and related areas.
Create engaging lesson plans, projects, and instructor guides.
Plan and maintain the curriculum roadmap and overall program structure.
Review, evaluate, and integrate third-party curricula as needed.
Train and support instructors; ensure content quality and consistency.
Review curriculum content created by other developers.
Support marketing content related to programs and learning outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in curriculum development and teacher training, preferably in STEAM.
Strong knowledge of coding / AI / robotics / media arts (one or more).
Experience designing project-based, student-centered learning.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage curricula end-to-end and work long-term in a strategic role.
Availability to overlap with US business hours.
