Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
Conducting rapid-response intervention calls and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while building AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methods and address specific challenges
Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in data science or related field, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal elements
Competency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-friendly coaching approach
Experience creating workflows and automations with AI
Foundation in learning science, educational principles, or proven success enhancing outcomes through data-driven approaches
Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding abilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
