Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion:
- Contact and qualify CRM leads via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce Nawy Unlocked s services.
- Schedule and conduct follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Proposal Development:
- Assist in preparing and issuing financial proposals tailored to client needs (e.g., property valuation, investment plans).
- Project Support:
- Work closely with Customer Acquisition Managers to execute ongoing projects, including client onboarding and portfolio management.
- Conduct site visits to assess properties and build client trust, when needed.
- Documentation:
- Prepare and review contracts, power of attorney (POA) documents, and transaction records.
- Maintain organized digital records of client interactions and agreements.
- Market Intelligence:
- Provide insights on client preferences and market trends to refine acquisition strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2-3 years in client acquisition, sales, or account management.
- Industry Preference: Background in architecture, real estate, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Mobility: Willingness to conduct occasional site visits.
