Your mission as a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a fundamental role by:
- Responding to customer needs : Ensuring quality service by answering questions by phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Solving : Identify and manage requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer loyalty : Offering customized solutions to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.

Our selection process
Online tests (1 hour) : Once we receive your application, you will receive an email inviting you to participate in a series of online tests. These interactive assessments are designed to evaluate your language skills, technical abilities, and personality. A key step to better understand your potential and help you stand out!
Telephone interview : An exploratory conversation with a member of our recruitment team to learn about Concentrix and confirm if your profile is a good fit for us.
Face-to-face interview : A deeper conversation to validate your skills and align your ambitions with our company culture.

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for talent that:
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken , is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
