Your mission as a Customer Service Advisor. 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a fundamental role by:

• Responding to customer needs : Ensuring quality service by answering questions by phone, email, or chat.

• Problem Solving : Identify and manage requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
