Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, you will be on the front line supporting our users and making a significant impact. In this role, you will:
- Working for a leading global platform for second-hand fashion, dedicated to making sustainable fashion accessible while boosting customer engagement in international markets.
- To provide an exceptional customer experience by responding to requests quickly and accurately, primarily by telephone.
- Contribute to the project's success by suggesting improvements, sharing your knowledge, and learning alongside your colleagues.
Desired profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Mastery of French: Level C1 or native language (written and oral).
- My English proficiency: Minimum level B2 (written and oral).
- Excellent communication skills: Great interpersonal skills, empathy and active listening skills.
- Mental agility: The ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and react to change.
- Positive attitude: A genuine desire to offer a "brilliant" experience; you are convinced that customers deserve more than just technical support.
