Your mission as a Technical Customer Advisor
As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:

Responding to customer requests accurately : Handling incoming calls to answer questions and resolve technical issues, while ensuring rigorous follow-up.

Resolving technical problems effectively : Analyzing customer needs, identifying suitable solutions and guiding users in resolving their problems.

D demonstrating advanced technical aptitude : Use your skills to understand and solve complex situations, while adopting the tools and technologies available.
