Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Welcoming, informing and advising customers in store
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable products
- Achieve sales targets in line with business objectives
- Participate in stocking shelves, organizing and labeling products
- Managing cash receipts and returns
- Handling customer complaints with diplomacy and efficiency
- Ensure the point of sale is well maintained (cleanliness, presentation)
- Profile
- Education Level : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience : Minimum of one (01) year of experience in the field.
- Languages : fluent in Arabic and French.
- Mastery of sales techniques.
- Knowledge of CEGID software.
- Presentation : presentable and neat.
- Sense of contact, communication and listening.
Desired Candidate Profile
